Mike LoConte is the Founder and CEO of Advantage Systems, Inc., the parent company of Advantage Systems Creative Advantage Systems Interactive, and co-founder of Help Happens Here. Since launching Advantage Systems in 1997, Mike has dedicated his career to helping local media companies and businesses grow revenue through innovative sales strategies, marketing solutions, and customer-focused programs.
Drawing from his experience as a Sales Executive and Sales Manager with leading radio groups, Mike recognized an opportunity to create a better way for radio stations to generate local direct revenue. The result was the Advantage Plan®, a proven revenue-generation program that helps stations build new local business in as little as 10 days. What began as a single idea quickly expanded into a nationwide program serving radio stations throughout the United States, Canada, and even extending to Peru and Trinidad.
Mike's philosophy has remained the same throughout his career:

As the media landscape evolved, Mike continued to innovate. Advantage Systems expanded to include Advantage Systems Creative, providing professional commercial production and creative services to advertisers. In 2011, Mike launched Advantage Systems Interactive, which has grown into a full-service digital marketing agency for radio stations and media companies across the country.
Never content to stand still, Mike continues to identify new opportunities for media companies to grow. Most recently, he co-founded Help Happens Here, an innovative community business directory and local marketing platform designed to create recurring revenue opportunities for radio stations and media organizations while connecting consumers with trusted local businesses.
Beyond his work with Advantage Systems, Mike is passionate about developing the next generation of sales professionals. He serves on the board at Clemson University, where he mentors students pursuing careers in sales and business, sharing the practical knowledge and entrepreneurial insights he has gained from more than three decades in the industry.
Whether he's developing new revenue models, coaching sales teams, or helping local businesses grow, Mike's mission remains unchanged: to provide practical, proven strategies that create measurable results and lasting success for his clients.
