The 38th Annual Morning Show Boot Camp (MSBC 38) is happening August 5–7, 2026, at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown in Cleveland, Ohio.

Recognized as one of the radio industry’s premier talent-focused events, Morning Show Boot Camp brings together on-air personalities, producers, programmers, and creative professionals from across the country.

The three-day event offers opportunities to connect, learn, and share ideas through industry panels, networking sessions, special events, and conversations with some of radio’s leading personalities and professionals.
